If you are not satisfied with the service or its quality, we will refund you.
The request must be made within 7 days of the service starting (that is, of the account-ready email being sent).
The card processing fee set by the card network (3–4%) is deducted from the refund.
Refunds apply only to purchases made through the DDoS Shield website.
■ Delivery
The service is provided within two business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
* On some plans the service starts automatically immediately after purchase.
■ Accepted payment methods
Cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Link)
Bank transfer (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation)
PayPay (only for pre-paying traffic on the B2B plan)
■ Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, for any reason.
Cancelling never incurs an additional charge.

■ Payment timing
Card payments are processed immediately. Bank transfers are processed once the funds arrive.
All payments are taken in advance, and the service is provided only once payment succeeds.
■ Prices
Prices are shown on the home page and on each plan's checkout page.
If you have requested a quote, please refer to the figures your account manager sends you.
■ Recurring payments
By the nature of the service, payment recurs on a subscription basis, but you may cancel at any time.
No reason is required, and cancellation takes effect immediately whenever it suits you.
* We omit the items whose omission is permitted under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the guidelines issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency.
If a purchaser requests those details by post, we will disclose them in writing without delay.
